Benefits
Benefits for CUPE 5852 members are determined through collective bargaining. If you feel you are being unreasonably denied benefits that you should be eligible for, talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
Pensions
CUPE 5852 members have pensions provided through the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), as bargained in the collective agreement. If you have questions about your pension rights and can't get a good answer from the employer, talk to a member of the executive.
