CUPE 5852 members at Scarborough Health Network have frequently been reporting incidents of workplace violence, harassment and racial discrimination from management.
Through this survey, our union wants to collect information and data in a systematic way, which will be used to campaign effectively for decent working conditions, free of violence, bullying and harassment.
